Adam has spent nearly a decade in the Big 4 leading cyber strategy and transformation programs for some of the largest consumer, life sciences and healthcare companies in the world.

Adam holds a BA in Economics & Environmental Studies from Miami University and a Masters in Technology Management from Georgetown University.

Sabrina has spent nearly a decade in the Big 4 leading cyber strategy, risk management, and developing GRC programs for a variety of retail, consumer products, and ER&I clients using the NIST CSF Framework. 

Sabrina holds a BA in Accounting & a BA in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Georgia State University. 

Heena has spent nearly 5 years in the Big 4 conducting NIST CSF assessments, developing long-term cyber strategy prioritized roadmaps, and conducting GRC tool implementation to help streamline audit readiness for some of the largest healthcare and ER&I companies in the world.

Heena holds a BS in Information Systems & Information Technology and a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

James Dasher has spent his career leading security operations, security assessments, and program builds for the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Deloitte & Blue Origin.

James currently serves as the Deputy CISO and Director of Security Operations at UST. He supports NAVI’s clients with strategic guidance on program design, threat operations, and security engineering.

Farzan Karimi has led red teams for large commercial corporations like Google, Microsoft, Electronic Arts, and the defense industry.

Farzan currently serves as the Senior Director of Security Response & Attack Operations at Moderna. He is also the CEO of Castling Security, which provides penetration testing, adversary emulation, threat modeling, and security training services for NAVI clients.

Rob Terrin is a 3x CISO, investor and risk strategist. He began his career in Deloitte's public sector cybersecurity practice serving clients across the USG from defense to civilian healthcare. After earning his MBA and Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, he co-founded Tail Risk, a cybersecurity firm serving fintechs in New York City.

Deloitte recruited him back to advise the US Cyber leader on growth strategy including alliances and M&A. From there he entered the venture capital industry as a cybersecurity and digital subject matter expert. Rob supports NAVI with program builds, industry expertise, and business development.
